and the president is suppose to enforce the laws congress has made which he is not doing and instead is making his own policy by executive orders. Executive orders by presidents or governors of either party should not be allowed. Alot of what is going on at the boarder and for that matter in our cities could be solved if current laws were just enforced and that is why the executive branch is mostly to be blamed
