What's an old 14' FeatherCraft aluminum boat and old trailer worth?

Trying to get rid of a project boat I picked up. I much prefer canoe fishing, paddling for two.
FeatherCraft 14' Aluminum boat Needs:
a new rubber grommet plug
a grommet for the front
two parts of the rear wood for motor mount
Trailer needs power wash, sand and paint. Trailer and boat pull well.
No interest to refurbish myself.
What's this project boat and trailer worth to somebody? I put it up on "the craig" in birmingham for 450, added best offer.
Trying to give a man and his kid a pretty good deal. Does it sound fair to anyone else?
