Went carping in 76 degrees Robert G Martin Lake this evening during a full moon nor’easter. Air temp was only 59 degrees. An intruder was in my spot. I went to my backup spot on the other side of the lake. Threw out a can of corn for chum, then caught and released 6 brown bullheads to 12” with whole kernel corn 🌽 bait. Also caught and released 4 bluegills and 3 pumpkinseed sunfish with an unbaited #14 gold treble hook on 2 lb test line. Caught a catfish and bluegill on two rods simultaneously.
Are your bare hooks polished?? They gotta be to attract a bite. Right?? Anyway Bands your pictures and posts are great thanks for sharing them all.
