Winchester Bay Charters. Tim Abraham and Cole Abraham. Just look them up. Tim is dad Cole is 21 year old both are Professionals.

Father and Son. Awesome people. Cole is young and usually communicates with HIS DAD TO MOVE AND THEN BOTH BOATS HOOK EM.
They work as a team. Cole called his dad on radio and said to move to where we were. 15 minutes later Tim's boat started bringing Halibut to the surface. I will go with them again when I can. Worth every PENNY.

I just cooked it in stir fry. Its muscle looks similar to scallops. I just stir fried with salt olive oil.. onion and some other veggies served on top ramen noodles. Can serve on rice as well. It was very very tender. I ate it fresh never frozen. Very yummy. You could bread it if you like.
