I live in southwest Oklahoma. My family (husband
and 3 boys) and I love going fishing. From the beginning of March til the middle of September we are fishing. If the boys are still in school we pick them up as soon as they get out and head to the lake until dark. We fish for catfish, crappie, and walleye. 90% of our fishing is done at Great Plains State Park (Tom Steed Lake) located between Mt Park and Snyder, OK. This year so far we've spent quite a bit of time at Fort Cobb Lake and Crowder Lake fishing for crappie. Husband works 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Ready for him to be home next week so we can go trolling for walleye during the day and fishing for catfish during the night.

Awesome. You ever think of calling it CHOWDER Lake because of the good fishing. Great pictures. One of them catfish is almost as big as the little brother in blue. Should blow some pictures up to hang at home.
