Well,,,,, the move is almost done.

Loc: Lake Onalaska, Sunfish Capitol of the World!
A few mental mistakes, and a few operator errors, nothing serious, but we are almost done. The movers, 7 of them, all former wrestlers, showed up at 9:00, 1 open trailer, 2 enclosed trailers, and 4 pickups and we were loaded and were pulling out by 10:00. We were in Onalaska unloaded, everything in the condo and drinking beer by 1:00. Marion's sister made lunch that we enjoyed at 1:30. A piece of cake! They even put our bed together and made it, well the DIL make it. The only thing, we forgot a full pickup load back in Caledonia that I picked up today, and I will have to go back Weds. to pick up some more stuff, and take some stuff to the recycling center I also got everything cleaned up this afternoon when I was back. I couldn't clean up the shed, but it's not too bad. It's empty, except for the things they wanted and I didn't need any more, and they would need. Now, we have to get organized here, which is happening. We did have one big plus, a little pond about an acre, 20 yards off of our out deck has a big old green head Mallard and a hen nesting in the cat tails. That will be cool to watch them raise a family. I think/hope that it will be a good move. I just hope Marion lives long enough to enjoy it. She is having a tough time with it. She seems to be happy about it, but she is having some issues, She has severe diarrhea and nausea, and she can't keep any food in her stomach. We have another appt. Friday.
Good night, gang, we will see you in the morning, the Lord willing.

Glad to hear you're almost finished Leo. Marion is in our thoughts and prayers. Give her a hug from us.
Glad to hear this progress report, and wishing you and Marion all the best in these times.
Hey Fly That pond has to be a big add plus for ya. I've always hated moving. It's when me and my wife Bernice seems to have some of our biggest fights for some reason. And the last time we moved close to 20yrs ago
. We agreed the next time we have to move, we might as well save ourselves the headache and just get a divorce. Man I hope we never have to move again, I'm getting too old to go through one of those D words. Hopefully by Friday some of Marion's health issues will have eased up some for her. Now that all the stress from moving is over with. And it's nothing to serous.
Glad to hear the move is more or less complete Leo, our wishes and prayers for you and your Marion.
Glad the move is over Leo. Now it takes awhile to unpack and get settled. You worked hard.
Get Marion settled and comfortable. The bigger things can wait awhile.
Glad that you had some good help Leo. We sure hope that Marion feels better soon!
Weβll be praying that things get better for Marion Fly. Moving is very stressful and hopefully thatβs why she is having issues. Be safe in your travels

Thanks, guys, your well wishes, and prayers are appreciated. I think I will name the nesting Mallards, John, and Ellen, I have no idea why. Or, do I? π¦π¦
