Chocolate chip, one of my favorites.
Those other ones look like what my wife calls Christmas Crackers, they are made with a press. I'm the official tester here also.

Actually, they're probably peanut butter cookies; you roll the dough into a small ball, about an inch to inch-and-a-half, then press with a fork, first in one direction then from another (90°) to make the cross-hatch pattern ! They're
both great, although my favorites are also the chocolate chip (Toll-house) cookies !
