That wouldn't work unless you arrested them and took them before a judge and they'd lose more than the fish, their boat, truck, money and possibly jail time.

Here in Maryland before they get to the judge, they can take it all and give you a free ride to the Jail so you don't have to call a cab. LOL Also your Rods ect. The fish is donated BTW. They also have their own "Recovery Vehicle". At least one that I know of to tow the cars with boat trailers, ect. They are really hard about Rock Fish/Striped Bass here.
