Congrats! Three years ago I dropped 50lbs under the doctors orders . I have kept it under 200 for three years now. I weigh less than whenI got married 47 years ago.

I held 175 for about forty years. As soon as I gained a couple pounds my wife found a job fir ne to work it off.😄😄😄
