Many of you who followed my wife and I on our travels last summer may remember my Uncle Ray. He was a WW2 war veteran who served in Europe in 1943-44. He passed away peacefully during the Super Bowl. He was a long-time football fan. He was a few months shy of his 103rd Birthday. Out of 16 million U.S. service men who served in that war there are approximately 450,000 remaining. Rest in peace Ray.
Which one is he, you both look to be the same age, not a day over 60. My condolences, and prayers to your family.
Wow, what a life they lived. Great ending. Super bowl time. My Dad was 94 when he passed about 10 years ago. He was WW2, Korean, Vietnam vet. They were a mean bunch.
