Wow, that sounds exciting.
I've fished over there a few times but not for Stripers. Was LM bass fishin.

i recommend you listen to the Delta fishing reports on Sacramento AM radio 1530 Sat mornings @ 0500-0800, broadcast over the internet also. If Mark Wilson is getting skunked, then don't feel too bad. The water is cold, the silt is thick, the food chain is lethargic. Standby for more rain next week, then let it settle and let the water temp rise over 50. Saw1 will have his story too, but even for a master angler like him, fishing for stripers is hard work right now changing from trolling to casting and drifting, rinse and repeat. So with the KEPT thinking in mind (knowledge, experience, patience, technique) you have all the cards you need Antioch, just more P during these winter months.

I’ve been throwing every lure I can think of at em and sardines and chovies. I’m about to use dynamite but I don’t want to do 30 years in Leavenworth lol

Hey buddy. My name is Steve.
My daughter lives in Brentwood and we're gonna move there in 2024 hopefully.
If you want to try to get together sometime maybe I could even bring my boat if the weather was predicted to be nice. The water is too big for my boat over there if it's too windy and the waves are too big.
I know a few places to troll for Stripers and if you know other places we could go that should work.
If the gas tank is full to start with, only bout 16 gals I think, we couldn't run out of gas in one day if you tried.
