Agreed. I've tried others but Power Pro works best. I haven't tried that newer super slick Power Pro, kind of expensive for me, do you have any experience with it?

I use Stren because it does not flatten out as do most other braids.

When Super braid first came out I started using spiderwire. I really liked it for Steelhead and Salmon drift fishing. Later for Sturgeon and ocean I started Power Pro. Don't know about Spiderwire now days.

Check out REACTION BRAID..I have been fishing Their 4 strand braid for a while (65lb) and love it..Great knot strength (if you tie a good braid worthy knot). My fishing Bud, spooled all His Spinning reels with Their new 9 strand braid (65lb), this line is Great! Casts awesome!

Anything that isn’t made in China ! Tuff Line is the best braid for my style of fishing !
