I hope someone cuts me up and uses me for bait when I pass. Then I will still be fishing. Grandpa was still catfishing the Potomac River below Harpers Ferry at 94.

Darn park service blocked every parking space on the MD. Closest place to park is Dargan boat ramp about 2 miles upriver from the railroad bridge at Harpers Ferry.
Iโm not familiar with Blossburg.

Wow. Thats a bummer for you. You need a folding electric bike.
For my end, time is running out to get back to VA, besides everyone I know there has passed away except one cousin.

Age will certainly slow you down, I have two older neighbors I fish with, one is 79 and the other is 86 and they love fishing, I do the driving and any heavy lifting that might be required, but they both can and do fish 6 plus hours some trips when we go, I tell the older guy we can call it a day any time you have had enough, and when he starts getting tired he lets me know, so I donโt know how old is to old, but it is older than 86
I seen the same thing on the Salmon River in Palaski NY. I thought it was a great idea.

No age limit , just body limited.
Simple. If you are able to walk and carry your fishing gear or have someone that will carry it for you and you can still cast, you are not too old to fish
Was fishing Salmon River in New York and seen a guy bring his dad every year. His dad was in his 80โs and he would help him out in river with his walker. His dad was a great guy and taught me a lot about salmon fishing, especially about how to fight them in rivers.
