I went to you tube the other night not much different than filleting what we catch on NY. Now that I am set up to fillet I haven’t caught another one. 🤦

Nice catch! I am in St. Augustine and there have been a few caught off the pier. Having trouble getting crabs because of the cold front. Tight lines

I only found one of the shops I frequent that has crabs but man are they small
