Hello from Stilltrying, Ft. Worth,Tx.
I purchased bottle of Berkeley’s
Gulp minnows and actually caught crappies with them, probably any bait would have worked that morning.
Tuff minnows, had several left over, screwed cap back on and went home. Next week small jar was out of juice.
Bought refil and refilled jar. One week later all gone again.
Where it goes I can’t tell.
Wife, a nurse, brought home a urine sample cup. Transferred minnows and refil liquid and all is well. No leaks after 2 fishing trips. Saves $$$, works great.
Pharmacy has these cups.

Thanks, I've had the same problem with Gulp containers leaking. Plano water tight bait holder work well too.
After catching nothing with Gulp 1” minnows on 2 trips, I caught 155 fish in the same spot with Walmart red worms in 4 trips.

A few years ago after only catching a few fish on jigs in the winter, I tried different baits and red worms were the best. Dick’s Sporting Goods bait was no good then I discovered that Walmart sells bait. Last winter I caught a few fish with Gulp but this year I caught nothing in 2 trips so I switched to worms 🪱. Worms are messier than Gulp but much more productive. I had constant action and stopped using three rods. The weather conditions were perfect as the water temp rose each day. Now the weather is colder and my next container of worms may last into March.

Good worms are hard to come by here. I think it is because so few are used. The few times I have tried to buy them, the were on there last leg so to speak.

I am a "true believer" in the Gulp Alive red worms. This is the first time I have heard that other anglers are having a problem with the leaking jars. I have had the same problem and have contacted Berkley Twice. They did reply but dropped the conversation both times.
I plan on implementing what I read on the Forum to find a solution to this problem. I hope to hear more suggestions. A jar that will hold water will not necessarily hold the Gulp alive fluid.

I think they want all the fluid to leak out so you will buy more.

Was thinking about trying them this year, why do you like them and what do you fish for with them.

I have used them for trout and walleye. they are easier to use than real bait and last longer. but as with all things sometimes a real worm will work better and sometimes not.
