Good morning, Stagers.
It's 9* now going up to 11*. A little snow last night, and more coming tonight. Calm wind. As long as it's above 0*, and the wind isn't blowing, I'm good, for Jan. weather.
Only one doctor's appointment the week. That is a good thing too.

Gmorn Leo.16/28 today. I get to repair a broken water line n try to get all the water out of the basement. Entire basement floor cover in water. We have a big basement. Fun fun. Idiots that built the house attached copper to the block wall n put insulation over it. Y'all have a nice day stay safe 👍 😊

Sorry to learn that Grizz, good luck with that. Borrow a big floor squeegee, Shop Vac and get some fans and a dehumidifier (I speak from experience).

Sounds Like you are going to be running some new copper pipe today. Years ago I had a leak in the slab foundation. I had to pick up the hot water line at the Tank and reroute thru the attic to the first connect, a bathroom.
It really wasn't that hard to do and saved thousands of $$ not ripping up concrete.
