Might be an odd question, but how do you fish the mouse tail? Static above the weeds, or cast/retrieve (or troll)? I've seen these but not used them. Planning on giving the white head/pink bodied ones a try once the season opens next year.

I just use a Carolina rig and let them float on a 18 + leader. But you can fish them like a spinner or plastic
