A couple months ago we hiked in the back country in Glacier National Park and caught some nice Grayling and Rainbows. The lake is one of the most beautiful lakes in the park and worth the effort to get there.
I hope to go back again some day.

Wow Dan. Definitely worth the hike and some nice fish. That view would be enough alone to go there. Catching fish is icing on the cake.

Breath taking scenery and very nice fish.
Thanks for sharing.
Definitely a βbucket listβ item for me, thanks for sharing those great pics!
Nice fish, too!
Wow, talk about scenic. Nice job and great photos
Nice fish. Greyling have saved many a trip in Alaska for me. Without greyling and tarmigan, I believe I would have become a spam and canned ravioli expert. I do love looking at the subdued rainbow large dorsal fin. And catching fish on small flies. I have never caught one in the lower 48. Nice fish and nice photos.
Awesome pictures! Glacier is my favorite National Park!
Wow π― thatβs awesome π.

Absolutely gorgeous Dan. Great fishing and thanks for the photos ππ
WOW!!!!!
That's on my bucket list one day!!
Very cool!
Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the feedback and the scenery is as good as it gets.
Plenty of Lakes and Flathead River spots that you don't have to walk far to get to catch some nice Cutthroat, Lake Trout, Brook trout and Rainbows. If you ever get the chance to go you won't regret the time it takes to get there.
I come all the way from Texas to get to Glacier NP and keep going back.
Here are some more pics of the scenery from this September since y'all like the other pics.
