Greg. I just seen this post to me. Sorry for the late reply. I have fished Lake Marion for catfish only. I use Sonny's stink bait on a tube and sponge rig. Last trip there I got 18 all between 4 and 10lb,s. Not sure if they are there now. I usually fish for them in the spring and summer
