Dad did a good job.
He got a ton of compliments, EXTRA CANDY, and 10 people took his picture. He was really proud of his costume and his self. One of those times you know you did good as a dad!ππ»

Heβs a WWI tank, or at least as close as dad could make with some boxes and duck tape.
Here's the picture of the house I mentioned esrlker. the bigger skeletons are about 10 feet tall. They are up all year in varying numbers, and dressed for various holidays.

Now that is cool Jim, good post.
Wet night here last night only 4 brave ones out came in a group with parents in tow.
Funny thing was one little devious kid.
There were 2 girls couldn't figure out what they were dressed as but typical girl took one candy turned around and ran over to mom.
Little boy dressed as cop perfect match to the uniform in our area, one piece of candy and back on the street.
4th devious kid kept reaching into the bowl and looking up at me sitting in the living room looking out to ensure the bowl wouldn't get picked up and emptied again this year.
Seeing the constant reaching i started to walk towards the door. # 4 kid costume was the old jail clothes stripped not orange jump suit.
Yep, very fitting costume for the little thief. And by the time i get to the door he was in the drive way looking back to see if i was coming out.
I have a feeling that kid has a future behind bars.
You had more traffic than we did Bob. My three GDs came down and went out with their 2 cousins. When they got done, my daughter pulled up in the drive and called us to come out to the driveway so they wouldn't have to get out of the car in the rain. Didn't bother with candy, I'd have to listen to my wife complain about temptations for weeks. Went right to cash.
