Not sure on either one Bob. Maybe I'll see what the dealership suggests. They seem like good, straight up guys. Got free T-shirts for me and Bear. Saved money on not paying the tax. A good deal.

It came with a working fire extinguisher. I do need to get a horn or whistle. I probably won't fish too much in the dark until I get more comfortable with the boat.

If flares are required to have on board Greg, check the expiration date on them before you purchase.

No one has mentioned flares as a TN requirement. I'll check on it.

It was in NC at the time i had my Sea Pro, just a way to signal for help when no one is near.

Connecticut only requires them on Long Island Sound, not required on inland waters.

Greg, Tennessee should have something like this published, ask the dealer. All dealers and most Tackle shops have them here, and of course they are free.

Hey Greg, what anchor type you going with? How about the PFD too?

I know they cost more but a inflatable would be a lot more comfortable while standing on those raised sections fishing.

That's what I use for myself. That horse collar is a lot more comfortable than the vests.

Remember safe the expired flare’s. They still will work. Just keep up to date ones for the fish police
