G-mornin knuckleheads. 4:32 am EST and 48 degrees. Going to 71 and sunny. Sunny and 70s all week. Fishing with Bear today. He hasn't gone in 4 weeks. Getting things set in and around his new apartment and town.
Plumbob was in bad need of a good shave and a haircut. He told his favorite local barber that he couldn't get a good shave anymore due to his wrinkly skin on his face.
"Put this small ball in your cheek, the barber said. It will smooth out your wrinkles and you will get a great shave." Bob put the ball in his mouth and later told the barber he had the best shave ever. But he was curious and asked the barber, "what would have happened if I had swallowed that small ball?
"Oh, you could bring it back in a couple days like the other guys did," the barber said.
Hoping the crappie start hitting soon in this cooler weather. We will see today and tomorrow. Have a good one ding dongs.

Good morning g Greg. Early riser today I see. I woke early but I think I'll roll over fir a bit yet. It's 54* and only going to 57 here in Cape Charles VA. We still have wind but it's down to 38 so the tunnel bridgevshould be off restriction soon if not now. Hope everyone has a great day today.

Good morning GMan, Flytier and those soon to follow. 41* here right now and headed to low 50’s. Good luck with the fishing for you and Bear G, the crappies are heating up here, hope you boys do well. Dog sitting this week for the youngest son Ben, his Brittany Boone is a handful. That boy needs to run 24/7 or else he gets a bit stir crazy. Hope everyone has a great day!

47/71, another nice day on the way, BUT, the Asian Beetle Invasion started yesterday. They are not a good thing. It is one of the joys of country living.

41 now, heading for 72 today…same forecast for tomorrow, but a change is coming for the weekend (according to the experts). Time will tell.

Good mornin all! 42° at the moment only going to 58°. Kinda seems like fall is here to stay. Meeting tonight to look over contract. May just sell some timber. Got an offer that sounds pretty good compared to a few others, and they'll cut this fall.
