I'd try Dr's Lake.

I don't really know of any, it's fairly dense with houses. I haven't lived there in decades, hopefully someone else will chime in with updated info.

There is a dock at Camp Chowenwa County Park at the mouth of Black Creek. You might catch a number of different species there. There's also a dock on Dr Lake at the boat ramp.

There are urban fishing ponds in Jacksonville. Operating by Jacksonville parks and recreation. They can be somewhat hidden. I have fished northwest Jacksonville at the Ocean way pond located behind the library. Dunn Ave pond is located behind a housing complex. It has concrete walkways for handicap patrons on the southern side and bank fishing on the north. There is another pond out on Beaver st.(US 90), located on the railway/bike path to Baldwin. There is also ponds in the Crystal Springs area and at South Jacksonville Beach. All of the ponds are stocked and have license/size requirements.
