That catfish looks delicious! I had some Florida Bream fillets this weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. That catfish on your plate looks gourmet! I bought some kosher salt recently and plan to salt my shrimp n calms this week! 60% rain is projected for the lowcountry this weekend. The weekend of the 16th looks like a good time to fish there, partly cloudy Friday & Saturday..thunderstorms are not safe for fishermen..your rod becomes a lightening rod..ain't tryin to feel that!..Lol..Be safe n tight lines!
