I have legit fished all summer in Belleau lake and province lake and in some other of the seven lakes. I've tried fishing on the pontoon boat, on the kayak, from the shore line, everything....I'm not catching a thing. I've didn't a bunch of money on bait and different lures which is ashtrays addicting either way lol but still no luck.
I know spawning season took a bit longer this year or it seemed like that way to me at least.... but like I said I have no luck. I'm a seasoned fisher wonan... is anyone wise having this problem?

Welcome to the stage Amber. What are ya fishin for. Have ya tried worms under a bobber to find bluegills an other fish Maybe around. Might call your local bait shops. Others that live up that way maybe along.

Try using regular worms, i've tried all kinds of different lures, hotdogs etc. never had any luck with them but have good luck with the worms...Fish and Game website is real informative on species in each lake and the habitat etc of the fish, I fish in the Tamworth Ossipee areas

The bobber and worms is a good start. In your non-fishing time, read "Lunkers Love Nightcrawlers"by Karl Malz and Spence Petros. There is a lot of helpful info there. Also try light gear, 8lb. test or smaller.
