Big Horn river holds some huge trout. Try upstream first but the fish will be in the deeper water.

Had the best trip ever thanks to Eagles Nest and the guides there… Tyrell, Wayne, Holden, Sam… Unbelievable 3 days on the Big Horn!

Had so much fun I’m going back in May 2023. It’s a month earlier than last year. Everything I’ve read says it’s early and likely to have fewer people on the river. Expect to see lots of spring insects floating on top? Will the fish be hungry? Sounds like snow melt will impact water quality and the fishing if visibility is low. Any thoughts?
