Hello everybody,I'm glad to be here. I don't know about ya'll but it's been a terrible fishing here on Little River in Grant parish.The few fish caught are poor,most of the bream still have eggs.Very little catfish or white perch are being caught.Mainly,I think because the river's so low.Hoping things get better this fall.

ed it is also hot, and rain and lightning is not helping. Welcome to the forum. I use to hunt that area, shot a lot of squirrels there, and a few hogs. We baited a set line for cats using the innards of the tree rats. We did pretty good.

Hey everybody,love reading your post. After the recent rains the river is coming back up. Looked pretty yesterday.
Now that the locks are closed it should rebound hopefully quickly,I'm ready to get back on the water.
