A bunch of great water around. I am spoiled on a private lake now, but many years ago I fished some of the same waters you have. More fishing than catching, but always enjoying.

I have just got back into it about 6 months. Boy, was I rusty and my gear hadn't been used for several years. Me and a couple of buddies are really just getting gear back in shape. We are trying to learn how to catch crappie. But, we like anything that we can catch.

Welcome !!!! I use to fish and camp lat Lake Girardeau back a few years ago. Caught alot of small bass 11" to 12" but a couple nice ones too. 3 and 4 pounders. BIG CATFISH on tightened fishing after dark. Beautiful Lake.
