Guess my mind is a bit fuzzy, thought I read that many years ago in “In Fisherman “ magazine. Thanks for the correction, I’ll have to be a bit more astute in my reading.

I’ve never seen a smallmouth come from t bend. Seen largemouth and spots.....my 2 cents.

Appreciate the welcoming. And to set the record straight: there are no smallmouth in Toledo Bend, but it’s a tremendous lake. My dad was a guide on the lake, I used to clean fish, as a teenager, at Six Mile Marina, man those were the days!! 10 cents a fish, always had a little money in my pocket!!!
