The time was 1962 and President John F. Kennedy was making a campaign trip through Texas and this morning was in a motorcade through Dallas. When the vehicles passed by under the Texas School Book Depository building, you know what happened. You can probably remember where you were the moment this all occurred.

At the same moment, an executive for a large brokerage house was on the phone with his chief trader in New York. This executive asked the trader what did he see, or what was happening? The trader responded there was
absolutely nothing, the screen was blank! All of which was beyond strange. To which the executive said, “Sell”! Neither knew at the time of their conversation was the exact moment when Lee Harvey Oswald had fired his fatal shots at President Kennedy!

There never was any explanation of this phenomena, as if the entire universe had gasped! The incident was lost in the flurry of news of the assassination of President Kennedy and whether Oswald was the only
shooter. Then a day or two later, Oswald was also shot to death. What had caused this event was never investigated or explained. It could have possibly been a paranormal event. Just Sayin…RJS

Conspiracy theories have come and gone. I remember that a person duplicated the shots with the Italian rifle from a tower the same height as the book conservatory's. He recreated the wounds in the bullet in a human gelatin dummy. Withe the bullet coming to rest were the last wound was. His bullet broke a rib instead of passing between the two. She the bullet path has been proved . Oswald was a marine rifleman.

The best most accurate account I have found is in the book The Man Who Killed Kennedy/ The Case Against LBJ by Roger Stone. This is a must read if you're interested in the subject. Especially for you Texans, All the names, faces and events of the time will be familiar. The undeniable facts outlined point in only one direction.

My story had nothing to do with the multitude of theories about the number of shooters, why, or anything else.

The Trader's screen would have ordinarily been loaded with hundreds if not thousands of trade transactions, but at the moment we are talking about there it was blanc, absolutely none! A weird experience and the manager did the right thing by ordering the trader to sell. No one could possibly know at that minute what was going to happen next!

Here on the Mexican border, they closed the border to all traffic for about a day. Just Sayin...RJS

Sorry for your loss I had a half brother who died in Cambodia or so I heard. It was an awful war with over 50,000 US soldiers lost. For what I couldn't say. I understand desert storm, desert shield and Afghanistan.bl I'll never understand the pull out or abanding American citizens in Afghanistan.
