Interesting stuff OJ, while in college in 76 I saw a sign on a telephone pole that read…”earn $100 and participate in a scientific endeavor”. Of course I signed up being a poor college student and as a biology major then had faith in the scientific community (that trust no longer is necessarily the case). All it entailed was getting an injection (either the real vaccine or placebo) and recording data on one’s overall well being and logging temperature both morning and evening for a two week period. It was a no brainer. My wife contends that’s my problem.
