Dropshot a Roboworm 6” Straight Tail FlATworm in Prism Shad, People’s Worm and Pumpkin Punisher using Fluorocarbon. Fish the “HUMBUG BAY”. Once you are successful and have learned this section of Lake Pleasant you will be able to fish 🎣 the other locations with great success... Humbug Bay has the best Structure, Creek Channel and Cover in the lake..

Best advice is don’t fish pleasant! You’re better off fishing surprise pond but if you want to have fun, go to Bartlett or Alamo. A little more of a drive but so worth it!! Pleasant and all the jet skiers with no training is probably the most dangerous lake I’ve been to in a long long time!

Briank11 is pretty much right. Pleasant can be tough fishing and avoiding jet/skiers and pleasure boaters, but there are fish there! Ron620dvs gives good advice (once you get to the cove, especially spring). If drop shots aren’t working try split shot or TX rigged worms same color (be sure to skin hook - hook tip into the bait to reduce hangups). I like Bartlett (fairly close and lots of fish) and Alamo (nice camp grounds for a couple of days if you’re in to that plus lotsa fish too). Good luck...

🍻 I have caught bluegill at pleasant that look like a crappie on steroids I love the stripes fishing as well! It’s just gone downhill in the last two years with trash and everything that goes with it! But if I’m in a kayak unless it’s cold outside I’m going anywhere but pleasant I was purely speaking of safety but perhaps I’m just getting old and too bitter lol either way boys remember a wet line is better than the alternative
