Looking for all fellow anglers fishing around the middle keys of Florida. Purchased a permanent slip in Marathon And will be posting successes as we go.
Fished mahi yesterday & quickly caught a limit trolling pink & white skirts on the weedline at about 6knots 5.3 miles due south. After a few hours a large school followed in a hooked fish & we started chumming. Caught about 20 in an hour, mostly 18-24” “schoolies” throwing chunks of shad. Fast & furious & kept a few for dinner

Sounds great TMac, but where's the pix? Mahi is delicious.

I usually come down The last week in April for 2 weeks. Stay on the back side of the airport. We cut through Vaca Channel to get out. You live down there or just leave your boat?
Bought a slip on the Gulf side & living here full time. Lovin life! Headed to the Humps tomorrow in hopes of finding
Wahoo or any hungry Palagics!

I'll send you a PM next year when I get dawn there. Maybe we can share a trip together.
