Hey John, Welcome to the stage. I usually fish Ainger pier and the Venice Jetty. There is also the El Jobean pier off 776 and The Venice Pier at Sharky's. I have heard the beaches along Manasota Key can be productive also. Tight lines 🤙🏼

If you really want the fastest way to learn this area, try checking out Saltstrong.com and you will see it will put you on your game quickly. I fished in Tarpon springs for 13 years and when I moved to North Port close to Charlotte Harbor, I was baffled and shouldn't have been. It was doing the red tide and I just couldn't get the snook and reds as well as trout to bite. Well, that changed after joining Saltstrong. It really helped me improve quickly and learn the water around me as well since I boat this area a lot.
