Sportsman's Warehouse. Or you can get a bunch of china ones cheap on walmart.
Orvis usually a special fly assortment you can get for a good price.
You can usually find some cheap flies at walmart. Poppers would be good.

Big Y Fly is my go to for inexpensive flies.

Second this.
That being said, sometimes it’s worth paying more for flies from a local fly shop. That way you can learn what is effective in your area.

Good and cheap are generally mutually exclusive in fly fishing.

As a noobie a honest question: what advantages does a expensive (high quality) fly offer? When I started, I bought several expensive, high quality flies. Then out of interest, I ordered a batch of cheap ones (~30cent a piece instead of 2€). They look similar and the hook is very pointy and appears to be of good quality.

Two good places I use often:
Big Y Fly Company:
https://www.bigyflyco.com/Hill's Discount Flies:
https://hillsdiscountflies.com/Both are real good. Quality flies, tied with good materials. Buy with confidence.
And beware cheap (that is, cheaply made) flies. They're made with crap materials. The hard part is detecting what's "cheap." The flies from Big Y and Hill's are inexpensive, but they're not cheaply made. Probably there are places that sell cheaply made flies that cost more. I bet WalMart's flies are prices pretty close to what Big Y or Hill's charges, but their quality will be pisspoor.
Confused? I bet you are. It's confusing.

My buddy swears by eBay flies.

I usually break them off in the trees in skinny streams or lose them in the riffle before I wear them out. I buy them on eBay.

A quality hook is VERY important. If you don't have that, you will lose the fish or have the hook bent out. You may not get a good hook with the cheap fly.
Cheap might not last as long but do work just as good. Cabelas has a good, cheap variety. Tying your own can be cheap or expensive, depending on whether you approach it as an artist or fisherman/artist. Close wirks but it's nice to be exact.
