I own weapons.
I have not fired a weapon in over 30 years.
Personal reasons involving a very tragic incident I saw once.
Went to the range
I’m half blind in my dominant eye cause of an industrial accident.
I installed lasers to help
This is with my smith and Wesson M&P 9 2.0 full size.
The shield was comparable.
My M&P 15 with scope next week
This is result.
First round way right adjust . Two round group closer
Adjust. Two round group closer
Adjust 2 round group closer
Adjust 2 round group too far left
Adjust
8 round group to head fast as I could send em.
A little climb and a stray but there’s only 7 holes I count. I either missed or threaded. I think I threaded upper.
Small holes is with a new Glock 40 in 22. Cal I bought for wife.
Iron sights shooting at the 7 as fast as I could send em.
The kid still has it. Almost. Little more practice I can nail it

Pretty good group Ben and plenty good enough to defend yourself if ever needed. Hopefully it never comes to that but it does pay to be prepared

Ben, those are all disabling shots. Pretty good for a guy with one bum eye... unless of course you were actually aiming for the kneecaps!

Used to put 3 45s in a shot glass diameter. Automatic

That reminds me. I haven't had any practice since the ammo supply disappeared. I don't like holes outside the 9 ring. It means my daughter is shooting better than I am.😁

Speaking of shooting ranges. Are there any ranges that a machine is shooting back in the way of air blast to the one doing the shooting?
I wonder when i see a target like what Ben is showing, what it would look like if someone was shooting back?
I recall in a theater in Disney land there was a scene of some sort where blast of air would hit one person but not another. So just curious if there is a range s that does that.
