All of the ones mentioned, PLUS: Drivers who are so anxious to pull in your two lane road that they run the stop sign then poke along at sub speed limit speeds with a big line of cars behind. Being on an 8 lane freeway all stop and go and motor cycles cruising along on divider lines between cars. Being on a high traffic two lane road/street level and hilly and trying to get past a bicycle, going much slower than speed limit/traffic, by passing in the little gaps of oncoming traffic trying to make sure you don't hit the cyclist and you finally make it and leave him behind and then you come to a stop light and the cyclist gets on the sidewalk, passes all the cars, turns right at light cuts across side street after about 10' then goes back to the light and heads on up the road and you have to do it all over again. Driving in heavy rain and road spray and a vehicle will pass you with no cars behind them and pull back in my lane only a few feet between us and totally flood my windshield from his road spray! I must admit that it did pixx me off and I returned the favor. She totally backed off and didn't do it again to me. High beams into my rear view mirror. Driving behind a bad smoking car that badly needs a ring job. Following behind a lost driver in a no passing area who is poking along at about 5/10 mph looking for an address for MILES. For the record, started driving 1954/55 and Knock on wood, no tickets.

A few years ago, they changed our laws to allow passing on the right, for just that reason.

Always had a saying, if someone can pass you on the right…you’re wrong.
And did like when Washington State made the law if you have 5 or more vehicles backed up behind you and don’t pull over..you get an obstructing traffic ticket….doesn’t matter the speed

Oh I forgot one. Wife and I were driving home in right lane of a 4 lane highway all lanes full and doing the speed limit. I could see up ahead a state patrolman had someone pulled over about a half mile ahead. A guy really impatient, passes me on the shoulder. On up ahead after I passed the patrolman the he catches up with me and pulls me over. I asked why and I am sure he made this up, said he saw me weaving and asked if I had been drinking. I said I had not done either and asked him if he had seen the car passing me on the shoulder somewhere between about 1/2 and 1/4 mile from him. He said no, he didn't see it and sent me on my way.
I often say as do others, where is a cop when you need one. In my area there is a change in the road where there is a bottleneck and two lanes narrow down to one lane. Some know this and get into the left lane and some race ahead to crowd in and the head of the line where the road becomes a single lane. So I am in the left lane doing maybe 2 over the speed limit and this guy rushes up behind me and turns his lights to bright, flashing them and working the horn. he didn't want to pass me and pull into the gaps in front of me and was charging up to my bumper and backing off. He was putting all his attention on my and finally pulls out, laying rubber and passes me. Right behind him was a Sheriff who had been behind him all the time when he was giving me the business. I passed them on up the road where he was pulled over!

Too many idiots to pick just one. From the one that sits at a red light n won't turn right till traffic starts Thur intersection to ones that can see their exit but will go from exit lane over two or three lanes to pass two cars then cut back in front of everyone n hits the brakes before they pass their exit 🤬😡

Mine is tailgaters, I hate it when someone is close behind, riding my bumper. I don't have no bumper stickers, darn it! There's nothing to read back there, so back off!

One of mine is the idiot that has to change lanes so badly they squeeze inbetween me and the car in front of me and theres barely enough space to do it.

That the idiots on the road think the far right (entry/exit) lane is the passing lane!!! I’ve had to explain that its not the case to 3 different younger people. Ow and you don’t pull over to the left if your stopped by the police!!!!

I've recently seen that twice. What are you thinking! Stupid.

If you look around, you wouldn't think that anyone understands english. Here's an example that I see every time i'm on the highway. As you approach a long uphill grade, with a 3rd lane for slow vehicles : The heavy trucks that are losing speed stay in the middle lane, the only slightly faster trucks and cars all pile into the left lane, and the Japanese "Tuner"race cars are cutting into the right ,"climbing lane" at 90-100 mph even though the lane ends at the top of the grade.

I like the "Tuner" race cars reference. Are you talking about those stupid, loud, little sh#t cars? They don't know what the growl of a muscle car is.

That's what "they" call them Ed. We have a name for the obnoxious mufflers they use -"Fart Cans". I won't argue that they're fast, especially when they spend 30 or 40k building twin Turbo motors. They belong out west where the roads are wide open, not in congested areas like ours. There's nothing like the sound of a Big Block, with a hot cam in it !

You're right, Andy. Here in California, the motor vehicle has always been a foundation stone of our culture - - but sometimes I feel like nobody knows how to drive! They can get along OK as long as it's straight and level with no surprises, but give them anything that requires judgement or skill, and they don't know what to do but lock up the brakes.

At first, I was against self-driving cars, but I'm softening my opinion on the issue. There are so few people who can really drive a car that perhaps the smart machines couldn't be any worse? But if I were king of the world, there'd be no self-driving cars and the inept would NOT be allowed to use the roads.

I suffer from ineptitude intolerance.

I hear ya Andy. My favorite was my '70 442, 455ci. 380hp, 505ft lbs of torque. Although feeding the 8-10 mpg beast might be a little expensive now a days.
