I have an Arizona lifetime license. I'm now in Washington went can't that work.
Each State is different so check with your new State and get the right information from them
I was thinking the other day about an annual National Fishing license for seniors. Then when you go into other states for vacations you can just fish.

NC life time was $ 15 initial cost and nothing more for life, MD is $ 5 every year. Every state has different guide lines. It's all about the $$$$$$ for some states.

You don't have to be a resident of okla to fish without a license but must be 65 or older.
if you are over 65 in Louisiana, you can fish in Texas, Arkansas and maybe Mississippi with your Louisiana fishing license and their seniors can fish in Louisiana with their states fishing License.
I think Texas and Oklahoma reciprocate senior licenses.

I was fishing in the Red River in the early 80's when an Oklahoma game warden asked for our fishing licenses, which I had Texas. That river changes with the flooding. One year you could be on Texas side and one year in Oklahoma side. I said, what?! I was lucky I had both Tx and OK license. I have one year to go for the senior lifetime, but I' am disabled 64 in NC.
