Continued prayers on the way. I know this from experience I had 5 documented concussions and probably 2 more that I didn’t get medical attention for. If she isn’t she needs to give her brain total rest. Dark room with no stimulation as much as possible. It’s so boring but it is what your brain needs to heal.

Concussions take a long time to recover from…she needs to be patient as her brain got bounced around. One of my Sons had one in HS and one in college playing football and another one had multiple playing lacrosse (he has Tourette’s from them). They are nothing to mess with.
If you have had one, you are susceptible to more. Hopefully her Doc is telling her the same thing.

Same with my gd. She whacked her head on the hard floor off the mat practicing in gymnastics. No TV, computer, phone or reading , couldn't go to school for close to a month and then only part time. Follow your instructions is all you can do.

Praying for her Papa. The hard part is going to be when she steps back out on the field. If she truly loves the game, it is going to happen and the worrying will begin. We really love watching them play a sport they love, but after an injury like that it gets really hard. That's when the prayers really begin. Best of luck to you my friend.
