I have eaten wild California hogs and wild Texas hogs. The California grain field hogs were the best pork I have ever had. That was hard to admit because we raised our pigs on mostly clabbered cow milk and sour mash grain and never thought I would taste pork any where near as good - I was wrong (maybe the first time ever - NOT!)😝😝
