Can anyone tell me what this identical twin species is???

Found it while trolling the internet and put my boat and tackle up for sale the next day. Afraid to go near the water now.

I used the Browse button but as you can see, it shows as Attached file:

Tried again but with the same results. Too frustrated to continue at this time. I think the problem is the picture is in Word format.
