We have a rule in my boat. The one who didn't latch it and the one who lifted it up w/o looking first--both
get to clean it up. If you are alone; you get to do the work of two!! It works for everyone but me!

Fishing buddy did that with my small jig head box !
He dumped about 1800 small heads in 2 foot of water a week after the ice went out ! He waded in and spent about 20 minutes grabbin and snatchin and recovered almost all of them ! By the time he finally slogged ashore he said things were soo shriveled up it was hurting !
