First morning was a bit rough. Cool, wind, and rain. It is suppose to clear up this afternoon. My brother caught one crappie and one drum I caught one drum. No pictures of fish. Hopefully that will change this afternoon. We did see several osprey and one bald eagle.

Good luck down there Papa an go slow an watch out for them stumps. I've never fished that lake but I've heard about them stumps My cousin got thrown out of a boat down there from hitting a stump luckily he had his life jacket on lol

Fished there several years ago. Weather was cold and it was extremely windy. Caught lots of drum. Had one warm day, and caught some bluegills. I don’t think we got one crappie in 3 days. 3 boats and 6 guys…

Sounds a little like our experience the last two days. 4 crappie, 5 bluegill, 1 cat, 2 strippers, and 3 drum. Terrible wind. White caps on the lake. One more day hopefully it will be better
