I was like that for 35yrs or so, but realized life was getting shorter. I rearranged my priorities, and decided to try and enjoy everything else for a change. More power to you buddy, but don't push it too hard.

You need a new job! Get paid to fish.
Guides can make good money, and deduct lots of great equipment.
You can fish for species that have a bounty on them. In the Columbia & Snake river basin,
Some one earned $61,000 American, just for fishing up to 5 months in 2021.

Yeah and there is multiple flavored bread crumbs at same store as bait. Heck there is all different types of bread even.
