We in Fort Myers area call it either puffer or blow fish. They have a very beautiful eyes and look very cute.I don't know anybody who keeps them for consumption.

I don’t think anyone in our area keeps them for consumption but apperently they are eaten in some of the Asian countries as a delicacy.
