No such a thing as guarantee in catching fish unless you fish with Saw 1 on the forum.But I’ve caught trout in the Sierras and on the Kern river on Pautskes balls of fire red salmon eggs. Good luck!!

You seem to be getting a lot of “No Guarantee” answers here today. You did say Non-lure, so here’s what a few friends did when I was growing up. They would get a couple guys on a raft with a paddle or tow and a couple nets. Then one guy would go to the Bridge and drop a couple water proof M80’s tied together with a rock off the bridge. In about a minute and a half, whooom!! and guaranteed smorgasbord of fish would appear. And that’s pretty much the only way I can think would work, Guaranteed! 😁 I even had a neighbor one time tell me ha had used a 1/4 stick of dynamite up on a river in Alaska for Salmon. He said it worked good there also, just had to be Very careful about Flying rocks. River there was a little more shallow than off the Bridge.
