Delaware River fishing

Hi first time user I use the river mainly by boat and just looking forward to talking to guys like-minded have a good season.

Hello Joegiuliante: I believe there are a lot of members who are close to you, and hopefully some will respond.

I suggest you do a couple of things. 1. stop by the bait houses where other fishermen get their bait, those owners and workers have a good working knowledge of what/where/when of the fishing in their areas. 2. You might also hang around the boat ramps when fishermen are coming in, and strike up conversations with them. some won't take the time, but some of the others will. You would be getting first-hand info on bait, and such. Don't expect them to tell you exactly where. Just Sayin...RJS

And in addition, let us know where you are. It's a loooooong river and very different end to end. I don't find many trout on my end and I doubt if you'll find stripers in Hancock.
