The only reason I know del city is in Oklahoma is because I looked it up. We are nation/world wide with over 55000 members. Please let us know where you're at and what it is you would like to fish for. We've got some Okies who are members and they'll help you out I'm sure if you'll give em a little more info.

Hey Ben, add Del City, Oklahoma to your profile and every time you ask or contribute we will know your location. Look at the very top line of a stagers post to see what I'm talking about.

Welcome Ben your best bet is to log on to wildlifedepartment.com which connects you to Oklahoma's wildlife department. You can sign up for weekly fishing reports around the state. You can also download lake maps that will help you find boat ramps & places to bank fish if that's how you fish. Good luck & tight lines.

Welcome Ben !! I grew up in Del City. There’s a small lake on Reno that I have seen pictures of nice bass taken. Other than that, there’s the city lakes and rivers. Trout season about to wind down at a couple of city ponds. Check the Oklahoma wildlife website for all the regulations and reports. Texoma is a great fishery. Dozens of lakes within 2 hrs drive.

Hello JR. Have you ever been out in the western part of the state? The Black Kettle National Grasslands is thousands of acres of prairie & woodlands. There are many small lakes & ponds just waiting to be fished. My favorite is Dead Indian lake just north of Cheyenne. That lake has great lmb, crappie, catfish, white bass, bluegill & saugeye. Good camping around there. The do gooders were trying to change the lakes name to Black Kettle lake. It's just over 60 acres & has a concrete boat ramp. You can get maps from the Wildlife Department. Black Kettle is a great area to visit & good fishing in the ponds. Tight lines.

You have several lakes close to you. I would try those first. Thunderbird, Draper, Shawnee Twins & more that I don't know. There are several FaceBook groups dedicated to Oklahoma fishing.
