Paid 4.89 today. Been over 4.50 for a while. We hear the national average all the time. Never hear on the radio how much our gas is. Guess the media doesn't want the country to know.

Very unhappy about Sportsman's Guide. For years I have bought from them as a Buyers Club member. I ordered shot gun shells before the worst of the Pandemuc. They kept my order and said will ship when available which I ok'd. Now they said they are cancelling my order due to the shortage. I guess they don't want to honor the original price. I will never use them again.
Try Classic firearm.com reasonable prices

Hey Rayz. I use to order from them all the time. Then California stopped letting us order ammo through the mail. Then as time went on SG kept raising their prices higher and higher so things weren't that cheap anymore.
Sometimes I could find things cheaper in a retail store than from the Guide. It just wasn't the same anymore so I let my membership expire and took away the auto renew I had with them. Haven't ordered anything from them in well over a year. They finally stopped sendin me their catalog a little while back.

I did the same thing Saw π I emailed midway USA and ripped their a_ _. For gouging on 357 magnum shells. I went to Royal king an bought a certain brand of 357 magnum shell's (50) for about 40 bucks and they had the exact same shells for about 80
It's actually the trickle down affect.
Federal has been doing this to customers for years now. They hold onto the $$$ for a while and then cancel the order.
People like sportsman's warehouse get burned and are the real losers. Their money/order sat until it was canceled and then their customers get mad (understandably so) and give it to them on the other side.
Try doing construction!!! Been this way for the 30+ years I've owned my own business. You have to put so much $$$ down on an order. They promise you the moon and stars with on time deliveries and complete orders (instead of 50 windows of a 400-window order). Now I have to go to the customer and tell them that their remodel/business has to be down xxx weeks longer than expected. Got to the point that containers were set on jobsites and all the material had to delivered/on site before a project would get started.
Anyway, sorry this had to happen and test your relationship with a company that you've had a good repour with in the past.

Go to SGAmmo.com. Great door to door service, good prices. Very helpful in signing up
Thank you Art for the heads up. I ordered 275 Winchester #6 shotshells for $225.79 after taxes with free shipping. One thing Iiked about SG Ammo is they only put shells out for sale they have in stock. Got a email my order is about to be shipped. If a place doesn't have a product in stock they shouldn't try to sale it. That's just my honest opinion

You are correct. By the time you add shipping charges local stores may be cheaper.

They use to offer free shippin to members on orders over a certain amount. Think it was around 50 bucks order though.
