Hi Mike 👍👍 I quit cold turkey 4 yrs later got divorced n started again quit drinking n smoking over v20 yrs ago cold turkey there also. Got the wife to quit with me. She put her money in to crafts for the house n clothes. I put mine into power tools guns n fishing gear n a boat. Good for you brother 👍👍

I was was amazed I quit one time before like 50yrs ago by getting hypnotized didn't smoke for 4+ yrs but the CBD really helped there were no cravings no withdrawals I recommend it to anyone trying to quit
